To schedule and hold your call, and send confirmations and reminders.
To prepare for and deliver the work you ask us to do.
To send the monthly email, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your accounts and data

When we set up AI tools for your business, we work on your own accounts. You sign in yourself. We never ask for or store your passwords. You keep full control and can remove our access at any time.

Who processes it

This site, our booking calendar, forms and email list run on Wix.com, which stores the data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms. We may use email and calendar providers to communicate with you.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and client records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and tax obligations. Email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and opt out of email at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, reply to any email you've received from us, or mention it on your call.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
